Been using this pharmacy for almost 10 years!!! It’s trustworthy and reliable!!! Employees are always professional & friendly.

I was using Richards Pharmacy since the owner (well I think he is the owner James Olivarez Pharmacist) was extremely helpful when I needed my medication refilled. Never had an issue with him ever and he has good cust svc atleast with me. I even told two of my close friends to use this pharmacy since the pharmacy gets paid by insurance for each of our meds over $500 minimum .... UNTIL ... THE RUDEST "PHARMACY TECH" WHO DID NOT WANT TO EITHER DO HER JOB OR HELP ME OUT (the one who aways looks like shes mad when she is there and said that due to her not wanting to bother with me she quote said "I WILL TELL MY FATHER THE OWNER TO NEVER HELP YOU AGAIN" and hung up on me. I told her your father specifically if he is the owner asked me to go to his pharmacy for my meds and he would order then mon

We've been using this pharmacy for years and are going to transfer to a less convenient and more expensive alternative purely due to the problems we've had. One of the co-owner's is garbage and basically told me to buy to a replacement for medication he didn't check allergies for and wouldn't rectify. We've had, as of this last delivery, about four or five instances of receiving medication my son is allergic to. I've called at least three different times specifically to make sure they've recorded that he's allergic to it (a specific ingredient/flavor) and that it's recorded. I've been assured every time it has been. Yet, here we are again, receiving medication he can't take, wasting our time and money. The driver(s) for our house for this pharmacy has had to be reported for multiple things

This place is great. I've never had an issue with Rx there, but yesterday they went above and beyond. The Pharmacist took his time to talk to me, explain and answer every single concern I had. I dont know that any other place would have done the same. I appreciated his time and care.

Highly recommend Richard’s Pharmacy. Great communication and customer service. Very informative and helpful. They take their time with their customers and show care and compassion.
