After 15 years of excellent service, I no longer visit Dr. Sigismondi for my dental care. Post-COVID, my family and I noticed a decline in the quality of his work. Specifically, Dr. Sigismondi mishandled two cracked teeth requiring crowns. Despite multiple attempts to correct the issue, I sought another dentist who successfully resolved it. This was not an isolated incident; other signs of diminished service quality became evident over time. I contacted Dr. Sigismondi several times to request a refund but received no response. This experience doubled my costs, though I now have a great smile and fully functional teeth again. To be clear, I hold no malice against Dr Sigismondi, but dental work impacts daily life. My teeth look amazing because of dr. Sigismondi… I have been with the Dr. since I am 19-21 years old, he has done veneers, front teeth replacement, he is nothing short of AMAZING! He trains his staff well, and runs a great bussiness, I have my teeth cleaned there at least 3 to 4 times a year, And they do an amazing job with this also!!!
