My 5 year old son was not checked out properly. He has been sick for 3 weeks and it's getting worse. My husband and I are also sick. My primary doctor was concerned but didn't have an opening for him today so she recommended we go to urgent care to figure out what he has. She knows he doesn't have allergies and also knows I'm a smoker. He probably brought something home from school like normal kids do and now the whole household is sick. We got to Urgent care and This doctor did not test him for the flu, covid or any other respiratory virus/infection. He chalked it up to be allergies because I'm a smoker. He prescribed a steriod in case he has bronchitis and recommended I start my son on allergy meds after I have told him repeatedly he does not have allergies. He treated us very poorly a

RUDE. I am allowed to call the on call doctor on the weekends. ESPECIALLY if ITS OPENED ..my 3 year old son was suffering through the night with a random ear ache…..there are no rules when to call and about what…I’m ALLOWED to ask questions before bringing him to urgent care through a SNOWSTORM!!!!! Don’t talk to me like I’m stupid. Have respect for parents and you will get it back!! And then to hang up on me!? SoOoOoo professional!!!!!!!!!

And be heard mixed reviews from others but I personally can’t complain! He’s been pretty great! My over health is improving and I’m making great strides in getting better! Some times it does seem like he may have forgotten you mention something.. but a quick reminder is all it takes.

Filling in for Dr. Seprosky and was very helpful regarding the issues with an elderly patient. Fully understood the issues involved and took steps to mitigate these issues.
