After years of dealing with sleep issues, I was excited to finally get treatment. I met with Dr. Smith over zoom and was a little surprised and disappointed that he didn’t seem to readily have solutions for me, but after talking, we came up with a plan at least for treatment. Following the appointment, I received not one, but two follow up calls verifying the treatment plan. However, those call never actually led to any follow through. One of the prescriptions never when through, nor the referral for additional treatment. I have called back several times and either get a recording to call back or if I do speak to someone, they try to send me to the MA, who is never available and has never called me back despite promises that he would. Rick Smith is genuine, kind, and intelligent. He listened intently and he was incredibly knowledgeable in helping me to understand what my possible diagnosis may be. He did not hesitate to recommend a sleep study given my symptoms. I appreciate his confidence, eye contact in speaking to me, and his ability to be personable and professional at the same time.

Dr. Smith was great, but there was major confusion about which office I was supposed to go to. Once I was in the right place it was good.

I would not recommend PA Smith at all. He was completely unable to explain my sleep study results to me other than what I could read on the page. I asked for my raw data from my sleep study and was told no which is a violation of HIPAA. He then had the audacity to ask me if I thought I could interpret it better than the doctors who went to school for years to learn how to do so and also said that since it wouldn't change what treatment I did why did it matter. I am a healthcare professional and would never speak to my patients like this. In addition, clearly he was unable to explain anything to me. I am (a) smart enough to do research to try and figure out the raw data if I could get it and (b) if I had the raw data, I would take it to someone who knew what they were doing as clearly these

Richard was great!! He answered all my questions and was very interested in my well being as far as anything CPAP related. I am so much better off since I started using my CPAP, ten years ago. Thanks You SO Much!!
