A fast, but not rushed, thorough review of my eyes for my glasses but more importantly for the edification of my other doctors by the incomparable Dr. Courtney Kessler. I appreciated the detailed explanation that I received at every step of the way. It was explained to me in such a way that I could understand, ask questions, and I was not "talked down to" as the saying goes. We had a very pleasant discussion. At the end I was provided with my medical records for my other doctors. The records were emailed but we all know how well that works out

Excellent experience during my appointment with Dr. Courtney Kessler. She was friendly, professional and very personable. She gave great detail during the exam and offered great information. She listened to concerns and explained everything well.

Hideous experience. Crammed, horrible wait during the weekend due to tons of walk-in appts, non-communicative eye doctor who changed my prescription without explaining anything or telling me it changed and now on my 5th call in an attempt to get a copy of my updated prescription faxed to another place for contact fill. Incompetence. Save your time, save your money, and find another eye doctor. There is a reason they have openings so frequently. Dr. Powell office in Lakeland is great - I didn't realize how great.

I have had the pleasure having a check-up from both Dr. Kessler and Dr. Jones. Both were really great. They both answered all my questions and made helpful suggestions. Every staff members were also knowledgeable and very personable.

Love this location and I never thought I would. Convenient and the best eye exam for me. They are friendly, helpful with insurance problems and overall a pleasant visit each time. Highly recommend.
