Rich Square Health and Rehabilitation Center

This facility is one of the most cleanest facilities I have been in. The staff is very welcoming. The staff take very good care of their residents. I am glad to know we have a facility like this we can take our family to in a time of need.

The Recreational Director has my vote. She is so creative. I know the residents get a kick out of her and all her creative way of making them fun!!!

Timothy Bridgers enjoyed his stay during Rehab. Nursing Staff was excellent and Food was delicious. Truly recommend Rich Square Nursing and Rehab for Rehab. If had to return LTC it would be Rich Square Nursing and Rehab.

I had my brother there for respite care due to the passing of my father. The facility itself was very nice and staff took care of my brother needs to there best abilities because he is total care but what bothered me the most he came fully dressed and plenty of his own clothes to wear that has his name on it but when it was time for him to come home 17 days later nothing was returned blankets lost, his special cup gone and medicine not returned. I called back to talk to someone and the young lady said the woman that handles that was gone for the day @ 11:30am so she replied I will have her get in touch with you. And still no response 😕

This place is understaffed. Residents are neglected and left lying in stool and urine. Please don't come at night. 99% of the staff are sleep. Food is left in the refrigerator for a week at the time. Think twice before bringing your loved ones here.
