Rich Orthodontics -Langhorne

Excellent Orthodontist, Extremely Poor Office Management This is my second child receiving treatment with this practice. The orthodontist is wonderful — professional, patient, and always takes the time to explain procedures clearly. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front office. This week, they called me two minutes before my son’s scheduled appointment to say he was “late” and would need to reschedule — even though he was just parking the car. When he called back moments later, from the office they refused to see him, citing that there is no grace period, and they were short staffed. Over the years, I’ve waited 30–60 minutes past our appointment times on many occasions without complaint, yet there seems to be no mutual courtesy or flexibility when the situation is reverse

My son got braces here couple years ago, paid over $4000 and multiple appointments. The teeth had shifted so we went back and they wanted another $4400 to get aligners for him. When I said why we need to pay anything as we have already paid $4000 for the services, they put the entire blame on us saying that we did not get the follow up appointment which we were never told was that important. And if it was that important how come no one called us in for follow up Appointment. Extremely disappointed not only for the teeth had shifted but also instead of taking the responsibility and doing it right for the patient, they put the entire blame on the patient, NEVER AGAIN I would put a foot in to this establishment nor would I recommend to anyone.

I brought my daughter to Rich after a horrible experience at another orthodontist and being never having to go to one before I had alot of questions. The receptionist were amazing and made us feel very comfortable. At the other place we didn't even see a doctor and Rich Langhorne office the first visit we not only saw a doctor but they made my daughter geed more comfortable and less concerned. I highly recommend this office a thousand times over and have to people I know. Everyone is so nice, caring and there to help you along the way! Highly recommended

I really like this place, all the staff is really nice when I bring my son. They all treated him nicely and are very gentle. They know what they are doing and are always helpful! when I needed help finding an oral surgeon for him, they gave me good suggestions. They always find a way to fit him in when I need an appointment for him sometimes last minute. Anyone that has something bad to say about them probably would have an issue with an office where ever they go, so don’t always look at the bad reviews and make a decision, try them yourself once and see for yourself.

Very pleased with the service here! Kelsey at the desk is always so welcoming and greets us with a friendly smile. Would recommend to anyone!
