(Context - this survey was sent to me after they rescheduled my apt) Terrible. I was 10 minutes late because of the snow storm traffic, took me about 50 minutes to get to the office, then many parking spots were snowed in. That inconvenience wasn’t the real issue, the real issue was that the team was short staffed, so I got sent away to reschedule another time. For 10 minutes late?? It’s just a consultation, this made no sense. Whether I was there 10 minutes early or late shouldn’t matter in terms of staffing, I was qued for that slot, so it was just a bad excuse. No grace at all, most offices would apply 15-30 min grace at least, and I would’ve been on time otherwise if it weren’t for the snow. I was ok with waiting a bit too, but they refused and rescheduled me. So now I wasted about 2

Getting through to them on the phone takes weeks and you constantly get hung up on , when you finally speak to someone they say how busy they are and that you need to just keep calling. Kids that are in the middle of treatment and cant get appointments cant just keep calling and not getting through. If you don't have to go here don't , Find a place that isn't so hard to get appointments with or to get through on the phone , email or leaving messages , they don't return calls either.

Bad management at the Bensalem office the two women managers there are no help to the patients I had a bad experience with them for my boys who are patients where they did nothing to help the situation but make it worse. One of the front desk women always gives me a hard time scheduling my boys for the next appts visit they supposed to be seeing every 6-7 weeks for their braces treatment but she wants to schedule them 11 weeks or more apart from each visit they are over booked, the lady sitting next to her is helpful she finds earlier appts than she does bc I believe s the other one does it on purpose I don’t understand why but is a pattern now so I always have a problem with that she isn’t helpful & fair clearly. They not getting the proper treatment not getting their spots when they sup

Front desk is amazing especially Kelsey but some physicians can learn some respect and patience. It is not okay for a physician to come from the back with an attitude and take it out on the parent by being dismissive. I feel that every physician needs to communicate with that parents after the visit and explain what was done and what will be the next step instead of them just allowing the child to walk out with zero information provided. Somethings can improve at this office and Langhorn as well.

I was a little late and they still allowed me to get my teeth work done which was great alot of places will make you reschedule. The lady at the front desk is always very nice and welcoming. It’s a quick wait and a very clean office. My appointments never take up too much time. I love it here :)
