I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an incident that occurred today at your office. My wife had a scheduled appointment today. Upon arrival, she was informed by the front desk that there was a $75 balance on our account due to a missed appointment on January 27, 2026. The appointment was missed because of severe weather conditions that day. My husband called the office and left a voicemail notifying your team of the situation. However, both the front desk staff and the office manager, Natalie, stated that no call or voicemail was received. Although we disagreed with the charge, we decided to pay the $75 balance in good faith to avoid further disruption. I’ve had kind of a lot of work done here with fillings and crowns over the past couple years and I think they do a great job. They’re a bit far away from me but they do great work compared to a dentist I went to close to me, so it’s worth the drive to me. Dentists changed a couple times in the past like 3 years but the entire staff is very friendly. I’m currently doing Invisalign here and haven’t had any issues so far. Also would like to add that Mandy was a wonderful helping me start the Invisalign process and Dr.Bassham is also great and made sure when I got my Invisalign that there was no cement or glue in between my teeth before I left.

I waited until after at least two visits to leave this review. Mindi has always done my cleanings, and Dr. John C. has done a couple of fillings for me. both are amazing! I have pretty bad dental anxiety, but I was so well taken care of every time. They’re gentle, patient, and make you feel completely at ease.

This is a VERY busy dentistry, staffed by a group of professionals who are extremely friendly and helpful at every turn. From the receptionists to the hygienist and on to the doctors, everyone makes you feel welcome. My original dentist relocated, and now I'm looking forward to meeting my new doctor in Jan/2026. But since May, everyone has been both accommodating and courteous - it's a real pleasure to deal with everyone!

Over the years, I have referred multiple friends to Riccobene, all of which have left due to problematic visits. Finally, it is my turn to leave. My last filling took almost three days to stop causing severe pain. My boyfriend and close friend both had fillings which ended in them having to go to alternate dentists to fix the work completed by Riccobene. My boyfriend left in severe pain and when he went back to Riccobene, they told him he was fine and sent him home. He ended up with an infection that required antibiotics and then needed a root canal. At my most recent cleaning, I was lectured by dentist that I needed to get fillings done immediately. I scheduled them.
