My most recent experience was not great. The new dentist did not great me as his mother and under 10 minutes diagnosed my son with so much dental work it went to $1400 . No xray nothing to back what he was saying. It felt like he was upset that i asked a question. It seems the place is just looking to make $ and dont care about the patients.

appalling - dehumanizing - unwarranted refusal of paid in full service - Concord, NC Location This was a dehumanizing experience.​ 2/11/2025 I first have to say it's been many many years since I visited the dentist due to phobias and anxiety. Upon scheduling the appointment and submitting my new patient information I put in the comment area my fears and concerns. letting them know that I need someone to take their time and make sure things are explained to me. My first visit. X-rays were taken, the 1st dentist seemed a bit rushed and the Red Haired associate( she checks the spaces between your teeth and gums) she Kept making comments about "nappy hair") I digress. The first dentist slowed down and answered questions and gave me options. I agreed on which direction I wanted to take as

My family (7 of us) have been seen in their offices since 2011. They used to be really good and billing was a breeze. This started to decline and now is at an all time worst. I lost my husband 5 years ago and still fighting with the state on $400 overpayments they never paid back and he is deceased now so it’s harder. Then my son had oral surgery and they told me my part was almost $1100. As a widow with single income, I paid it (minus the $600 I had already overpaid from previous services they refused to refund.) Then my insurance paid almost everything else and they still refuse to refund me the money they owe. I have called and left multiple messages. I’m definitely looking for a new provider.

I have been a patient of complete dental in Leland and it was recently purchased by Roccobene dentistry. I scheduled my annual visit with the new organization at the former complete dental location. The visit was great and I saw my regular dentist. After my check up , I was schedule for a follow up visit to fill a small cavity . One day before my appointment , I received a call informing me that my insurance only covered dental work associated with accidents ? I explained that I hade the same plan with complete for three years and you should have the information in the files. The women responded that she would check the files and call me back but that I should not come for my appointment unless I wanted to pay the full cost of the work. Long story short, No returned ca

I bought annual membership. However, my husband job transferred to GA just a few months after purchasing. I emailed that we were moving and even asked if they had a location near us so that I could utilize my membership that I had already paid for. Nothing near me. They still automatically charged my debit card for another year! I can’t get anyone to answer my phone calls or return my calls. I’m so upset. Think twice before you give them your cc info. They had no right to continue to charge me when I have been gone for 6-7 months! I’m furious and I would not recommend them because of their lack of communication. They should have SOMEONE answering the phone!
