We had an amazing experience at this office! The team is super friendly and knowledgeable. They made my daughter feel so comfortable and treated her like a queen. Dr. Ricci is fantastic too! We’ll definitely come back when my daughter is ready for her treatment.

Incredible experience with this office. First of all, the office itself is stunning!!!! The staff is amazing, Jenny was great at explaining everything, taking the x-rays and photos. Dr. Ricci's energy and smile makes you feel so good to be there, she is so knowledgeable and explains everything with such care and details and basically answers all your questions without you asking. Sally was so patient and caring on my appointment when I started the invisalign treatment, I was a bit nervous but she talked to me through it and was so gentle that I fell asleep on the chair while she was working on my mouth adding the attachements (thats how relaxed she made me feel) the whole team is awesome and Im super happy I choose this practice to start my invisalign journey!

I genuinely have to say that Dr. Ricci and her team have such a wonderful presence about them; they all make you feel right at home. When I first booked my consultation, I wasn’t expecting to receive so much educational information- that’s was pretty awesome! Dr. Ricci walks you through the entire process of how the treatment will work and the options. After that I just simply booked my first appointment. By the way, I want to give a shout-out to Jenny, who explained the financial process and gave me a quick tour of the studio, and to Sally for guiding me through what she was going to do and going over how to properly care for my braces. I’m so excited to see the progress and journey toward getting my teeth straightened!

I entered Ricci Orthodontic Boutique with very high hopes…. The name alone indicates top notch service ….expertise ….and perhaps a few extras…. And the experience didn’t disappoint…. I walked in …. Immediately greeted not a lack luster greeting but a genuine. Happy to meet you greeting… a few other staff provided me with explanations / procedures and information that provided a sense of comfort… since this is my third go round wanting braces to perfect my teeth positioning …. Lastly I met Dr. Ricci…. Personable…. Intelligent…. A++ Combination… upon asking questions the Dr. answering I knew the end result would be exactly what I wanted 2 times prior…. I truly believe you get what you pay for !!!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience visiting Ricci the orthodontist. From the moment you walk in, the office feels very clean and welcoming. They even offer complimentary beverages, and there are coloring books for kids, which really shows they care about making everyone comfortable.The staff is extremely polite and friendly.
