I originally had an appointment at another dentist this day. Which I went to at 10 am. The office gave me the run around. I had called to schedule a filling that was missing from my endodontis. that is way smaller then a regular filling and also needed 2 implants with trays. So I left the first office. Got lucky called my friend to get Drm Gaitan's number. I got in the same day at 1 pm. I never went before. But as soon as came into office it was wa and welcoming. Especially after wasting first half the morning. I got the filling taken care of quick and efficient. Dr. Gaitain is very knowledgeable on all dentistry needs. Dr. Gaitan 1) Questioned whether I have epilepsy because he hadn't heard of the type I have or the medication I take. 2) He asked me if I'm pregnant before having my x-rays taken (standard), when I said no, he questioned me as to how I could know for sure that I'm not pregnant. The female dental assistant also questioned how I could know this for sure. "We can never really be sure, can we?". It's very possible for a woman to be absolute certain she is not pregnant. 3) He didn't believe that the mouth guard his office made me for me was making my teeth so numb it felt like they were dying and I couldn't sleep. He questioned whether I was actually wearing it and told me to just get used to it. I told him I wasn't comfortable with my teeth moving as much as the mouth guard was making them mo

Great customer service. Dr. Gaytan is very Professional, and kind. I would recommend this practice. The reconstructive of teeth were very good, stetic done with art and care 👍🏻💕
