The provider (NP: Carmelle Silveo) & staff (Noelle Aguilar & Cheyenne) are stellar. A welcoming experience; office is immaculate. Provider Silveo listened to my concerns & treated me with respect! I left with my concerns addressed. One of the best office visits I’ve had.

The ladies in the office are really nice and kind over the phone as well. Seeing the doctor on the other hand was a completely different story. He refused to believe my concerns and straight up told me he didn’t want to run a test to “waste his time”. He had terrible bedside manner. Completely disregarded all my concerns and issues. I told the nurse when leaving I wouldn’t return since he didn’t want to listen to me. She said he would run the test. I asked him. He said no I am not going to do it. I have since left and requested someone else. It’s ridiculous as to how he disregarded me. And it’s like he didn’t care.

I have been going to Dr. Tan for many years now. He's one of the best doctors. I've been to. He also takes time with you and answers your questions.
