Rialto Cat Hospital

This review is for the Rialto Anima Hospital Cat Hospital. My wife and I have two senior cats and we couldn’t think of a better place to take them for all their medical needs than Rialto Cat Hospital. We bring our oldest in monthly for arthritis shots and we’re always well received by the front desk. They bring out a scented blanket to calm our cats that they drape over their carriers, which definitely helps. Making appointments with the cat hospital is a breeze, and on the day of the appointment there is usually no wait to get your animal seen. Regardless of the treatment or exam being done, the nursing staff is a cut above, very caring, passionate, and knowledgeable. They have a very nice cat building. There is a separate building for dogs. The cat building is nicely decorated, clean and fairly new. The staff is friendly and very caring. The prices are higher than I would like but if you're looking for great service in a nice welcoming atmosphere then this is a great place. I've had to put 2 of my elderly cats to sleep at different times and the staff was very kind and caring both times. You can play soothing music in the room using Alexa and they light a candle on the front desk to honor your pet. You can spend as much time with your pet as you want and you press a button when you're ready for someone to come into the room, so you're not disturbed.

The best staff and Veterinarian! They sprayed calming spray on a cover for my cat carrier and it definitely calmed him down. Everyone was friendly, and showed true care and compassion for my cat. The place was nice and clean.

Rescued my barn kitty who got attacked by other feral mafia cats. Went to another vet hospital & my baby was traumatized. Went to Rialto Cat Hospital & my baby Charlie did so well. He didn't hiss, bite, or scratch anyone. The Vet is brilliant & answered all of my questions about FIV & concerns I had about other opinions. I had done some research, but i needed to hear it from an experienced Vet & she was so insightful, i knew we were in great hands. The ladies were so supportive & kind to me & Charlie. I love how clean, welcoming, and beautiful the facility is. I'm definitely bringing my other kitty Mushu to this office. I felt safe leaving my baby Charlie with these wonderful ladies, vet, & staff. Rialto Cat Hospital is honestly the most amazing veterinary experience I have had in a lifetime of owning (or being owned by) cats. I have been coming here for over a year and each time I go, my appreciation and gratitude for this place is reinforced. Today was another extremely positive experience! The staff were kind and friendly as always. Sam and Jisel at the front are always so patient, understanding, and helpful. Drs. Juarez and Magee are both very knowledgeable and patient each and every time. And the assistants are amazing. I have had several different ones but Alana, Haylee, and Lizbeth have been some of the more recent. They pamper the kitties and can give shots without the kitties even knowing!
