Disappointed at the lack of compassion and understanding of the staff. My mother scheduled an appointment but arrived a few minutes late to her appointment due to the impeding and traffic delayed on 195. Despite the fact that she begged and pleaded to have her possibly infected wound simply looked at they refused to give her service. The fact is that she had still arrived within the timeframe of her scheduled appointment. I don’t understand why the staff was so rude to an elderly injured woman. This clinic apparently has specialists that provide ongoing superb wound care and who are the best at what they do but it sure doesn’t appear that they are about the well being of patients. Not sure what she is supposed to do now since she had been recommended to go to the clinic regularly but now f

I have been going to the Wound Center for quite awhile now. I cannot express how Caring and Compassionate everyone who works there is. Starting with my first encounter with Nurse Debbie who has since been promoted. The front desk , Katie and Zuhalley are always smiling and extremely accommodating with making my apts. All the nurses could not be more pleasant. Although my Nurse Tony is THE BEST!!! Tony is professional, caring, and has made my process of healing as pleasant as it can be. Dr. Carruthers has helped my wound along with such precision and skill . He has a wonderful bedside manner. He is empathetic and Professional. The Staff has become like family to me. I cannot stress enough if you have a wound this is the place to be.

I can't say enough good things about this place! I was admittedly nervous about going here after having a horrible experience in Boston. I can honestly say that from moment I walked in I was made to feel comfortable. From reception all the way up to seeing the doctor the staff was amazing. It was so nice to have doctors and nurses who actually listen to me about what is going on and concerns I may be having. It's also very important to me that I know all of my options and not have a doctor who is just going to say "this is what we're doing". I highly recommend this facility.

Hello, I would like to comment on an experience that my niece and my daughter-in-law had with at an appointment at the wound care center on Tuesday, April 20th. My sister was brought in to the Wound Care Center for an evaluation of a bed sore that was pretty bad. The doctor who was treating her was asked by two nurses who were with him, some questions about the wound and what percentage was extracted from the wound. He responded very rudely to them, and left my niece and daughter-in-law wondering what that was all about. Also , the doctor was waving the instrument and not even looking what he was doing to the patient. I look at this as very unprofessional and something should be done about it.
