We have been at RI Children’s since my son’s first teeth came in. The staff is always so pleasant and the facility is nice, clean and welcoming. Beyond the environment and the people the care has been great.. My son had a bit of a rough time during his toddler years and they were so patient and understanding during his well visits. Every time we’ve called with a concern (unfortunately it’s been more than once with a rough and tumble one) they’ve been incredibly responsive. Today we were seen in less than an hour after calling for a trauma after a fall. The hygienist and dentist were patient and kind with our four year old. They were knowledgeable, wonderful communicators and made us feel so taken care of moments after a scary situation. We are so grateful to the team for the exceptional ca

What a wonderful experience at this dentist office. First off can I say the place was immaculate and one of the most inviting dentist waiting rooms I have sat in. My husband and I were their too assess if my newborn needed a procedure to correct a possible tongue tie. We were brought into a beautiful back room, and met with Dr.Paquin and his wife which were a great medical duo. They were so great with our son as they explained everything step by step as they were assessing him. We did end up doing the procedure which to our surprise took 20 sec!! And the best part it was done the same day without having to make another appointment to come back for the procedure. Day one with our sons tongue tie removed and he has been so calm and relaxed. Already can see such a difference with his feeding

I brought my two kids for their first appointment and we were blown away! All of the staff is so kind and accommodating. It's truly an environment for kids. We will be going here forever and are so happy to have found such an amazing team.

After 4 years here I can truly say Dr. Paquin and his team never fail to make my kids & I feel comfortable. There is always a kids movie playing on every TV which has helped my kids tremendously during the stress of a dental visit. Whether it’s cleanings, X-rays or surgery & fillings, they have set the bar very high. They give thorough explanations and aim to educate us as they go. Very happy with this dentist office.

My son had a fantastic experience with his recent cavity/filing. The staff is wonderful and makes the experience very pleasant for kids. After we left he said “Mom, can I see Dr John again, he is so nice!”
