My mom and I had the pleasure of meeting this wonderful audiologist Jim McCann, as well as his office manager. Great first impression, and very personable!

Jim McCann is the absolute best. He has taken care of my mom's hearing loss for over 4 years, consistently going out of his way to make sure that her hearing aids are working just as they should. After 15 years of working with a variety of audiologists in multiple locations, not one comes close to matching Jim's attention to detail, honesty and customer service.

I have been going to Jim for 4 years now. I couldn't ask for better service. If something goes wrong with my hearing aids you just have to call him and he tells you to come down and he will take care of the problem right away. I couldn't ask for any better service.
