I had a great experience at Reynolds Orthodontics in Novi. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure all my questions were answered. Everything was explained clearly, which made the visit very comfortable. They even have massage chairs, which made the wait very comfortable

We’ve had a great experience at Reynolds Orthodontics in Novi. The entire office is welcoming, organized, and truly patient-focused. A special shout-out to Amy — she was incredibly thorough in walking us through the Phase 2 orthodontics process. She took the time to explain every step, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident about the plan moving forward. You can tell she genuinely cares and wants families to understand what’s happening, not just rush through the appointment. Anautica along with Dr. Taut did a fantastic job placing the braces on today, my daughter didn’t feel a thing. Definitely worth getting a consultation for any ortho needs. They treat adults along with children!

Amy was fantastic at educating us on their process and the system they use to optimize the experience and results. It never felt like they were trying to push us into anything and Dr Reynolds was great in explaining what he saw and his approach to be minimally invasive. Could not have been more impressed!
