What an amazing experience! who can say that about a colonsopy? From the time I arrived, I felt like a person, not just someone being pushed through a procedure. Excellent preoperative health care professionals who took the time to explain every detail of the procedure. Each person took the time to introduce themselves and what they would be doing. Even though I had a little difficulty with my veins, the nurse remained calm and kept apologizing for my IV. Dr Silpa Yalamanchili, MD is FABULOUS- very kind, ensured I fully understood what was going to take place and following the procedure, ensured my partner had all the information. A huge shout-out to Dr Yalamanchili, Pam, Heather, Kristen and the other health professionals that took care on me on June 5th. See you in 3 years!

After the most disappointing responses I initially received in trying to see Dr. Dougherty, I finally got to see him for a consultation. He then did an endoscopy on me this past week at the Raleigh Endoscopy Center. Dr. Dougherty is a wonderful doctor. At my consultation he answered every one of my questions and he was very patient with all my concerns and demonstrated a true excellent bedside manner. I will stay with him as my gastroenterology specialist!

I have a procedure scheduled in 2 days. They never sent the instructions and they don't answer the phone. I have been calling for 2 days
