Revive Integrative Health

We enjoyed working with Mrs. Kourtney. She helped work with our son on food aversions and gave us tools we still use today to try new foods. She also helped us overcome haircutting issues and bathroom problems he had.

My daughter is 10 years old. We have been seeing Shayla Trost for Brachial Plexus Erbs Palsy since she was 2. Shayla has been fabulous. She has been a huge help in my daughters success. She is kind listens and constantly finds new ways to help my kiddo be successful. All of the ladies at Revive are kind and willing to help with any of our needs.

We absolutely love the revive staff. It’s our home away from home. Kourtney, Megan, Riley in OT are so sweet! We do feeding and pool therapy! PT with Shayla 10/10 recommend. Stefany with ABA is the all time best! Syd with speech, so sweet and kind. Laura, the kindest lady. Christina the front desk, so nice and quick to get you answers!

I’ve had an incredible experience with my provider, Angela Kingsbury, PNP. Her knowledge, compassion, and dedication have helped me feel like myself again. She takes time to truly listen and work with you to find what’s best for your needs as when it comes to mental health we all are so different. I’m deeply grateful for her care and highly recommend anyone with any sort of mental health issues ranging from ADHD (which you may not even know you have) to feeling constantly anxious, irritable, or even sad to reach out to her. In the euros we live in we can all use a little help. It can be life changing. Thank you Dr. Kingsbury.
