No one will return your calls, constant turn over of doctors. I did the good ole drop in to see why they’re so busy they haven’t picked up the phone/returned any messages in 8 business days. 3 women sitting at the desk at 11:04am when I arrived on 7/17/25. I called while I was standing waiting for one to greet me, no one picked up. One patient other than myself entered the office from 11:04am-11:45am. The front desk laughed when I confronted ignoring their patients. Not is this just a breech of trust for patients who call their providers to speak of concerns not having their health concerns relayed to their providers or a call returned due to providers not knowing their patients even called, but this is an ethical error that violates Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 111, § 70E)

Veronica was very thorough. We discussed all options of care. We also discussed pros and cons of the several options she gave me. I made the decision and we did the procedure. It was the best decision I made. I'm pain free in my knee, thank you Veronica. I couldn't be happier. The office is very welcoming. Ladies at the front desk are wonderful too. Thank you so much.

Dr. Iqbal truly cares about her patients. She sent me for tests after talking to me about my symptoms. I had emergency surgery due to the test results. I went to 2 specialists that incorrectly diagnosed me. I am very happy with her.

I have been with Dr macek for a long time now. he has helped me through quite a few health issues. He is very thorough and caring. I have been fortunate to have him . Steward has been fortunate to have Dr's like James macek

The physician and local staff were outstanding and treated me well. interruptions and technical difficulties could have been life threatening had I been in such a situation: a prescription was never refilled, urgent messages not forwarded to physician on live call or in person, phone call ID wrong name of physician treated as scam. I never knew whom I was really talking to when trying to report that my phone number needed to be corrected! I’m glad I can follow an excellent physician, Dr Gendarovich to his new location and medical system!
