Revere Health Urgent Care - Spanish Fork

Lisa Smith, NP at Revere Health, is truly exceptional. She was incredibly friendly, thorough, and asked all the right questions. She made me feel listened to and genuinely valued as a patient. I’ve seen many doctors in my 46 years, and she is by far the best nurse practitioner I’ve ever received care from. I highly recommend her.

So I have a severe sinus infection thats traveled down into my lungs, I went to the doctor, they did tests and prescribed me antibiotics, as one should do. My wife is about 2 days behind me, same symptoms, same onset, everything. My kid was also diagnosed with this infection but due to hos young age (4 months) he cant be on these yet. My wife decided to go to this instacare to ask for help because hers is progressing worse. They basically told her "yeah we can see your sick.. but it may not be the same thing... come back when you're more sick" I have a 4 month old at home and these "medical professionals" have basically told my wife to get more sick, put my child at more serious risk of health complications, because she wasn't sick enough for their liking. I would not use this locations services. I called for some follow up questions and was told I could not talk to the nurse practitioner that helped me out because he only comes in once a month . That I would have to set up another appointment with another nurse practitioner, or a telehealth appointment. The initial service was ok but they don’t have an ultrasound division there so I had to go to Salem. They did get me in quickly. But the after help is horrendous.

I have been going to Revere health for years. My whole family and several friends go here. Then I get a call from Mountainland collection stating that I owe 6 different past due accounts. After contacting the billing department, I was told that Revere Health never sent me any bills. I asked why and he said they just don't. They wait and send you to collections without notice. This is a terrible and dishonest business practice in my opinion. How hard would it be to send me an invoice? Or let me know on my next visit? Revere health is also doing this same thing to my girlfriend and another of our friends. No billing or notice to let you know anything is owed. Just MLC calling saying you owe a half dozen bills going back 5 yrs. Will not recommend and my family will avoid the Revere medical

We took our son in for an ear infection. It wasn’t busy and we didn’t have to wait, which was so nice! Probably not always the case but it was a nice change from other places we’ve been where we had to wait a very long time. The check-in staff was kind and helpful, and the waiting area and room were both very clean. We saw Bryn Nelson, and she was so kind and helped our 3-year old feel comfortable! Because a lot of pharmacies nearby were closed, she was helpful in finding one that was open and not too far so we could get started on the medicine right away. Thank you to the staff and providers that made this such an easy and positive experience!
