Revere Health Family Medicine - Salem

The providers at revere health were good at what they do. However the billing and everything else was horrible. Over a year after I had made what I thought was a final payment I get a call from the collection agency that revere uses saying that they were filing a lawsuit over a $352 bill that I had never received. And then there was never any communication from revere or their debt collectors about this bill. Hands down the worst treatment from a medical company I’ve ever received. Like I said. The doctors were good. Everything else was horrible.

Revere Health is the absolute worst. It doesn't matter which office you visit either, they're all terrible. I stopped going there after visits with several doctors at two different locations when I had two ruptured cervical discs. Unfortunately for my 88-year-old mother, she lives in southern Utah County and it's hard to find a doctor in that area that are not affiliated with them. Forget about getting anyone on the phone--EVER. On the off-chance it's your lucky day and you do get someone on the phone, it's never with the doctor's office you are trying to contact and then no one ever calls you back. Everyone is expected to use their stupid app to ask a simple question or request a refill. When you do receive a reply, it's often times rude. They're completely impersonal and unprofessi

Went in and they ended up telling us to go to the ER instead, but the lady working their front desk was one of the kindest people I’ve met in a while. She was super understanding and empathetic. The perfect person to interact with in a time like this.

Edit: Mccall Jewett is the exception. She was very kind and thorough! The doctors are consistently unhelpful. I have gone a few times and been told things I already knew and was then sent on my way with nothing but a bill. Every single time was truly a waste. My husband went in once as well and was told to immediately go to the er because the doctor was sure he was going septic, it turned out to be a simple skin irritation from a scented soap. So we paid for both the urgent care and ER bill thanks to the uninformed doctors. The urgent care at the Spanish Fork Hospital is much better!

I took my 18 month old daughter in to get looked at Sunday night because she had a fever and has a history of UTI’s. The nurse said it was likely a virus but I asked for a urine culture to rule out a UTI as I wanted to make sure she didn’t need an antibiotic. The nurse was pretty much clueless and said they didn’t really have a way of testing urine in children that young. I told her we’d used an adhesive bag in the past and that I was willing to wait for her to give us a sample. The nurse said they didn’t have that at their clinic but went to ask anyway. Turns out they did but she said she didn’t know how to put it on because it “didn’t come with instructions.” Well it was placed incorrectly because we waited for a couple hours only to find that all the urine had leaked out into the diaper
