Reunion Veterinary Hospital

Let me start off my saying NEVER COME HERE! The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. There was a miscommunication from when I called to make the appointment. I said I know that they are due for their rabies shot and for some other shots too. When I got to the office, they were under the impression I only wanted the rabies shot, which was not true. The technician never introduced himself to us. He took our dog to the “back” where the doctor I guess examined him. I really don’t know what they did back there because we weren’t allowed to be with our dog. The Doctor came into the doorway of the room, left the door open and demanded we get our dog. I don’t know why he didn’t come into the room and shut the door. He never introduced himself to use. He then proceeded to kick my older dog o

Nice and clean. They made you feel safe and socially distanced. Front desk staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable and you could tell they loved pets. Office visit seemed cheap at only $50. Meds were quite a bit more than my other vet...but to be fair they actually preloaded 14 syringes for my dogs treatment so I didn't have to measure the liquid each time...never saw that before.

Never going back. First of all you can't go back with your dogs and the staff is not very friendly. The last visit was the last straw. We took our dog for yearly and new puppy for back to back appts. Walked in and no one in the waiting area. The receptionist looked grumpy and unhappy as normal. After checking in she took us to room where we sat for 30 min with nervous dogs. Finally decided we couldnt take it anymore and not to wait. As we walk out we see the reception, assistant and Dr. Bregman just standing at the front desk cahtting and laughing. My husband said we aren't waiting and it's ridiculous to have us wait that long. Dr. Bergman then rudely shouted "Good Go". That made us even more furious. Horrible way to treat your patients.

I would never bring either of my dogs here again. 1. Called and made an appointment. Never received any form of confirmation or reminder. This would have been fine but then when I arrived for the appointment they couldn’t find me on the schedule at first. But then suddenly they found me on another calendar? I’m not sure what happened but seems the front desk staff is very poorly organized. 2. Very very very poor communication. When I walked in I had my hands full with my dog, my baby, and my dog’s previous vet records. One of the staff offered to hold my dog while I filled out the paperwork, which I appreciated. But then I realized that the staff member had walked away with my dog without saying anything and I had no idea where they had gone. I had to ask where my dog was. I was told he wa

This is the most expensive veterinary place in all of Florida and the attitude of the reception staff is horrible. I wouldn't take my enemy's dog there.
