Retina & Vitreous Center

There were problems with getting needke in my vein for the dye to enhance ppictures of my eye and opric nerve. This is a common problem with my veins. The technician was obviously much more concerned than I was and finally git help fron another technician that was successful. I appreciated the concern from Tech 1. Tech 2 was quick and good. I would trust Tech 1 again. Not his fault. And I have always experienced problems with blood tests. I had more pain with my left eye injection during procedure but again there was shirt staff and Doctor was being effectent and I kjust dudnt get enough lido.

Having little experience regarding eye problems, I was experiencing PVD (unknowingly) and developed some concerning symptoms. I was amazed to get an appointment quckly on the weekend!! Dr Gill and Lexy were amazing. So thankful for their knowledge and work.

"Unique" is a word that comes to mind to describe the Retina & Vitreous Center business... I was an emergency patient for a torn retina in the distant past, then again in the other eye just a couple months ago. 17 years ago, I was moved for the first time in my life to write a letter of praise and appreciation to the staff, doctors, and the people in charge of hiring/training. At every contact step, from front desk, technician, assistant, doctor, and even billing, every person has been knowledgeable, pleasant, and caring... And after 17 years, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the same care and competency is still in place today...
