1- doctors are the best ever. deserves 10 stars out of 5,yes double 2- Admin is more bureaucratic. 3- it is so easy to reschedule because of small issues After rescheduling three times my eye injection effect went away, my injected eye got worse, so i had to start the injection over as injections should have been done in succession.

The Retina Institute is a busy but well organized office. I have a tip for first time visitors: The picture with blue canopy shows correct entrance, thank you. But at end of the corridor there should be a sign saying "Plaza 1 Elevators to the Right". These are correct ones for Retina Institute. (When I went on June 24 there was only a sign pointing towards the Left saying "Plaza 2 elevators". Those do Not take you to the Retina Institute, so don't go to them.)

Baylor needs to get some customer service training here staff at front desk are rude and inconsiderate. Do they not realize that us the patients pay their salary? Having an attitude with someone who simply asks a question not acceptable. Either get happy or find another job.

Second time to see Dr Witherspoon. Second time someone at the front desk was extremely rude. This visit when I questioned the charge at check out, the staff person was very rude. She didn’t even look at me. She answered very curtly and looked down the whole time. She clearly didn’t want to be there or deal with anyone. She said her name was Sue Hay (sp?) —she was the one with fuschia colored hair and she was training a new person. Hope someone addresses her attitude. I’m sure I’m not the only person to encounter this. I empathize with her co -workers. If she treats patients this way, I can only imagine how she treats her co-workers. A person this rude creates a toxic and unpleasant work environment.

They accepted my mom through a referral without a long delay. The staff here was exceptionally great at easing our concerns during my mother's trying time and eased her fears about possible vision loss. After some tests, scans, and talking with the Dr, we found that the rapid vision loss was repairable with outstanding odds. From the reception to check out, every person we worked with on site was definitely a pleasure. The receptionist had a great sense of humor. A nurse named Carolyn was like talking to my aunt because she was friendly, warm hearted, and very comforting. Sadly, I was unable to get the names of the other two ladies that worked with us. But every single one made my mom, and myself, feel better through this situation and that's worth more than I cam articulate. Thank you ver
