Retina Eye Care: Dr. Tang

Dr Tang is treating my Diabetic Macular Edema condition. I have had shots and laser surgery. He does an awesome job. His staff is amazing. Dr Tang can be abrupt but his treatment is the best in the area. Do you want a really nice Dr who is warm and fuzzy or a Dr that KNOWS his stuff? I will take the Dr that KNOWS what they are doing every time when it comes to my health and vision. Thank You Dr Tang.

I LOVE this office! Very friendly and caring staff, clean and comfortable surroundings, state of the art equipment, and Dr. Tang has worked wonders on my vision! He fixed my bilateral retinal detachments and restored my vision, which changed my life. Then he cleared a film that developed later, which was painless and took 20 minutes, right in the exam room! He is a top notch expert, and I highly recommend him! I am incredibly grateful!!!

I visited my regular eye doctor for a routine visit two days ago. She discovered a tear and within an hour I was over at Dr Tang’s office, which was about ten miles away. Detached retina, I was in surgery three hours later. Dr Tang was so nice, kind gentile, personable and sweet. He called that evening to see how I was doing. The next day at my follow-up he even lent me his personal vintage safety glasses! Dr Tang is the man!

I accompanied someone to this office, several times, for appointments. I have read the reviews, so I understand that Dr. Tang is good at what he does. And the staff there was nice enough. But, the way that people are herded in there and made to wait hours was just unbelievable to me. At the place where I receive care for the past twenty-five years I have never been kept waiting for more than fifteen minutes. This is a result of good scheduling technique. I understand that people have drops put in and have to wait, but when I researched the time involved in that, it still didn't make any sense. I have been a patient for Dr Tang and I am very grateful to have such a talented specialist in Natick. This saves me a long trip into Boston. The reception team is always welcoming. The doctor is very attentive and provides very detailed explanations of his diagnostic. He listens to me with care. He is caring and attentive.
