Staff is friendly, but not enough care for clients. Over-booking and cramming patients into a waiting room during a pandemic, only to leave them waiting for their scheduled appointment after hours have passed. There is a lack of urgency. If one doctor is on site, then why are there so many people standing around doing nothing to help the patients? Help the doctor, or urge him to work with a sense of urgency. Schedule less people and/or spread their appointments out. Worst experience. I've gone several times in the past few months and the experience is always the same. It's ridiculous.

My husband had an appointment here and they're very nice and knowledgeable. Office is very clean, doctors are friendly, staff are awesome!

My vehicle broke down in front of their office. Two women were nice enough to take time out of their work day and try to help me in getting my vehicle started. With no luck there and calling a tow truck I was stuck outside in 84 degree heat (over 100 degrees in my car) for over an hour. When they saw that I was still there they opened up their closed office to let me come inside and wait in their waiting room and turned on the tv for me and gave me water. After a terrible series of events to my day their small act of hospitality was unbelievable. If myself or anyone I know needs any rentinal care, I will 100% be recommending this facility. Thank you for your kindness.

Cancel apt frequently. Ask for letter and get Wrong info. Doesn't send info needed in timely fashion. Dr and nurses are good but you have to stay on top of things.

Friendly staff, professionals and great customer service. The front office staff as well as the techs and Dr's are amazing. They do not make you wait & they truly care about the wellbeing of their patient's. Worcester Eye Consultants staff & Dr. Zacharia need to learn from this place.
