Retina Consultants of Idaho

Somehow this business got my information. I vaguely remember calling them, over a year ago, when I first began searching for a retina specialist. I have been with my retina specialist for well over a year and this office keeps calling me. I have requested to be removed from their list and no longer contacted at least two or three times. They have assured me, every time, that they will make a note in my chart to stop calling. I got three missed calls from them today, even though I've had their phone number blocked. They said they got a referral from the VA, but I've never been seen by the VA. They have that confused with my insurance, Tricare. I don't know what it will take to get them to stop calling me.

Thorough examination. Answers your questions. Great staff. They don't baulk at updating your arm's length list of medications like some other practitioners' staff do. I was lucky to have been referred to Retina Consultants of Idaho 8 years ago and have returned every year.

Dr. Simpson is friendly, good-natured, and easy to talk to. I like how he encourages me to ask questions. He and his office help are quite efficient and wait times have been miniscule. A very comfortable experience!

Great experience with these folks. Dr Simpson does a thorough exam and explains what's going on and actually offers treatment options along with recommendations. You won't find better.

Dr. Simpson is awesome. Short and direct. He likes to answer questions. He doesn't assume situations from a look but wants to know what you are in there for so he can help. I have been with Dr. Simpson for nearly a year.
