I have had a lot of massages in my life. 10,000 waves in New Mexico, Vegas, all of the great ones. This wonderful woman Jen at Restore is one of the very best. She is so unbelievably knowledgeable and energetically dialed in to get to all of the deepest inner corners of my body that I didn’t even know needed healing. She is so unbelievably good. It would be crazy not to come here first if you’re looking for a massage therapist in Colorado Springs!

Jen is amazing at what she does, which is high quality massage therapy! She is able to get in deep to the tissue to get the results you really want out of a massage. Jen gave me more than just a massage, she gave me a chance to truly disconnect from my busy daily life. Jen is a wonderful therapist! Because she massages with her feet (always freshly washed ; ) ), the foot has a broader area in which to disperse pressure more evenly, which in turn allows the pressure to be sustained longer and more comfortably for better release of muscle tension. Jen is absolutely skilled with this type of technique and in combination with some traditional hand massage, she knows how to attain the best results. Her office is very clean and calming. Jen is very professional and competent in her work, but also very kind, easy to communicate with, and comfortable to be around as a person. She puts you at ease and the whole experience is relaxing and therapeutic, just the way it's meant to be. I highly recommend Jen and giving her Ashiatsu massage a try!
