EDIT: The office manager contacted me and brought me in for X-rays the next day. Leaving my original post and updating the star rating as they did immediately try to fix this for me. I am now satisfied and have what I need to get to the next steps of an MRI. Original: I came in with a recurring back pain problem, asked for X-rays, explained that this has been ongoing for a long time and getting unbearable. I ASKED for X-rays. They said I didn't need them and to go to my primary for an MRI refferal. I get to my doctor and they can't do an MRI referral without the XRAYS. when my Dr office called Restore, they where told that they didn't do X-rays because I "just woke up like that"... At NO TIME did I say that. I did say I didn't not fall or anything. BUT NOW I AM IN EXTREME PAIN AND HAVING

Everyone was super nice.  The provider Lisa Cordova was very thorough. I fell and have an infection in my knee. She was very aggressive in my treatment to make sure the infection doesn’t go into my bone.   The RT Monica is always wonderful. She does a great job.  Both as the RT or a MA  is so sweet and comforting.

BEWARE………….Horrible service, took my money and did nothing to help! I went in feeling very ill and sick for a full week. Cough and congestion telling me I probably have a respiratory infection. Nurse not even a doctor denied to prescribe an antibiotic to fight of the infection. Was told to wait and see what it does and that it was just a cough. Was told she was not going to prescribe me a anabiotic because she could possibly lose her license. Never knew an antibiotic would make you lose your license because you have a respiratory infection? Very rude and unprofessional have never dealt with such a rude and moody women! Stay away from this place it seem like It will just take your money and do the bare minimum. Not even a doctor on site! Nurse only! You’re better off using an online doctor
