I started seeing Josie for chronic pain that I had been managing for a number of years. I found Josie to be extremely knowledgeable and she was able to share that knowledge with me in a way that I could understand. Through working with her, I am currently pain-free and actually gaining strength and mobility. Because of Josie, I can truly live my best life. I feel younger than I have in years!

Josie is so sweet! She is very knowledgeable, thorough, & answered all of mine (& my husband’s) many questions without batting an eye. I am seeing her specifically for pelvic floor therapy, but I love how she is willing to provide guidance for whole body wellness as well as help me work practical ways into my every day schedule to reach my goals. Definitely recommend making an appointment with her!

Josie is incredible! She took the time to really determine what I was struggling with and explained these things to me in a way I can understand. Josie is kind and empathetic and easy to be around! This is my first time with a physical therapist and I feel a great deal of confidence that I not only now understand what I am struggling with but also a great sense of relief that a solution is now attainable!

Josie is incredibly knowledgable in her field. I have seen her for postpartum pelvic floor pt with my first and with my second to help during my pregnancy. Her birth in motion course is fantastic and is such a wonderful resource for the community, and the Balance Studio next door is a wonderful studio for Fergus County community to move their bodies. Highly recommend Josie for all your PT needs
