Shelby is very gifted! I have received both Barefoot massages and Rapid NFR. These are two very different types of therapy. Her barefoot massages are so relaxing and amazing. Shelby has a passion to help relieve people's pain and is also a Rapid NFR bodywork therapist as well. This type of therapy really hones in on trauma, problem areas of the body. I guess I consider myself somewhat of a mess because I have several problems. Neck , hip, knee and ankle issues. Shelby is a blessing! I am moving so much better now! Hurt my knee and could not walk on it without pain. Was using a knee brace just to get around. Thought it might need surgery. Decided to try alternative. Went in to Great Lakes Barefoot Massage (GLBM) for an Rapid NFR treatment. After one session I was able to walk without pain. I was able to ease back into normal activities. I went for a follow up session and am now back to full activity. Very happy with the result. It's a different type of therapy. You will experience a level of discomfort as the therapy requires resetting muscle and nerve tissue to relieve tension and restrictions in soft tissue. Would recommend this therapy for injuries or chronic pain issues.

AMAZING! Shelby is amazing!!! Her communication, education and professionalism is like no other. I've been dealing with shoulder issues and we have been working together to get my body to calm the heck down. I've had several appointments now and each time my body heals a little more. Im seeing so really great results. Her technique and recommendations have been so positive for me.

RAPID has given me back so much of myself. I had terrible headaches and jaw issues. RAPID has helped so much. I don’t have my jaw constantly locking open and my headaches are almost resolved.
