Our family recently transferred to this dental clinic, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the clinic itself is equipped with modern, up-to-date technology. The dentist was incredibly polite and took the time to explain every step of the process, which made us feel informed and comfortable throughout the visit. Although the appointment took some time, it was absolutely worth it—the quality of care was exceptional. Even my husband, who is usually hard to impress, couldn’t stop talking about how great the service was on our way home. Our kids also loved how kind and gentle everyone was with them. We’re truly grateful to have found a clinic that treats patients with such professionalism and genuine warmth. Highly recommended!

This was hands-down the best dental experience I’ve ever had in the Houston area. I was bringing in my teenage daughter, who is usually extremely anxious and afraid of the dentist — but Restoration Smiles completely changed that. From the moment we walked in, Kayla in the front office made her feel so welcome and comfortable. Shan, the dental assistant, was absolutely amazing. She spoke to my daughter with such kindness and respect, helping her feel safe and relaxed — they were even joking and laughing together, which I honestly couldn’t believe! I want to shoutout the entire Restoration Smiles team for making my dental journey truly worthwhile, from my very first check up all the way through my procedures. The reception team is very welcoming. Nathasia, the dental assistant, did all my xrays and 3D scanning and made my first experience very comfortable. The other two dental assistants who helped me were also amazing at what they do (sorry, I forgot their names!). Matthew, the dental hygienist, did a thorough and completely painless deep cleaning that I really appreciated. A huge thank you to Dr. Mai she is incredibly skilled and cares about her patients. It was just as posted! The staff were terrific, friendly and professional. I’ve been getting my teeth cleaned professionally for over 40yrs. At my 1st visit, I learned about teeth anatomy and a lot on how to care for my teeth that no one has ever informed me of. I definitely recommend them!

We have been patients of this office for some time and have previously had positive experiences with the clinical care and overall environment. Unfortunately, today’s front desk interaction was very uncomfortable. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was noticeably cold and unwelcoming. (Girl with lip filler, black hair and black glasses said to be “new”) Communication felt uncomfortable and dismissive. When discussing pricing, there was little explanation beyond the total cost, and questions were met with short responses and long pauses rather than clarification.
