I have been receiving Thai bodywork from Bonnie, at Resource, for several years now. I’ve struggled with the consequences of decades of poor posture & body mechanics, and being oblivious to how that was impacting me as I age. I’ve also had medical issues that have affected my body a great deal. She has gently realigned me and taught me how to move better going forward. I had another incredible session today that has given me a lot more ease of movement and greater range of motion. Bonnie has helped me feel better in so many ways. I highly recommend booking a session with her and finding out how great you can feel! I also love to get sessions for my loved ones as Christmas and birthday gifts too, and they always come away feeling amazing!
