The team takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all questions patiently, and ensures you are comfortable throughout your visit. Appointments are well-organized, the office is clean and modern, and you never feel rushed. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and their work. I had such a wonderful experience at Reservoir Commons Dental in Mansfield, and I can’t say enough good things about Nicole, the hygienist. My children actually saw her first, which made my own visit even more meaningful. My younger one is very interested in dental treatments and completely unbothered, and Nicole met his curiosity with confidence and ease. My older child, on the other hand, is extremely sensitive and anxious, and Nicole was extraordinary with them — carefully adjusting the tools she used, being thoughtful about pacing, and intentionally limiting how much she did in one visit so they never felt overwhelmed. Dr Liang and her staff are super friendly and welcoming.. I get anxious when going to the dentist. Always have. But not here. They are so gentle and welcoming I feel extremely at ease here.
