The food was good. Need to advertise more of the stuff you have at the for food that wasn’t on the list when my Proper mail wasn’t brought. I requested to have it brought to me. It took every hour to an hour and a half my asking before I got my lunch meal at dinner nurse all seem real nice this little as I saw of them.

If I could give negative stars I would. I was brought in by ambulance for seizures. I’ve been through this several times unfortunately. The EMT had already started an IV at the initial encounter, but then when I get there, a lady does another IV in my arm. Why?considering the other worked fine. They refused to draw blood from either IV. So they attempted to take blood from the opposite hand and blew my veins. The nurses were literally flirting with the EMT’s, texting on their phones, and getting all of my information wrong. They messed up my name twice. I had to wait 20 minutes just to use the restroom because no one helped. They were rude. The one person I finally tried to go get help from was apparently a physician. His exact words “I’m just a physician, find your nurse.” I ended up taki

Research Medical Center is pretty simplified. The emergency room at least. They assess your damages then give it something simple to fix it. It's a great place to get seen in the emergency room. Also another advantage is they don't have you waiting all day to be seen they get you in immediately and get you out immediately.

I have had a similar experience to others described below. The facility is overcrowded and seriously undelivered. I went in for dizziness, nausea and imbalance. The entire check in procedure was standing or leaning the desk. The nurse said if you can fall and break the desk they might believe me that I need a chair. Not the best start. I was moved to ER which consisted of a chair in a shared room with another patient. The hospital did not seem to own any beds for any patients as I sat in the chair for over eight hours. I asked if I was going to be moved to a bed at 3am and they said they had none. I asked why was I not told and was not given an answer. The nurse stated we have already ‘admitted you’ and if you leave it will be against our will. I asked about being transferred to a hospi

Research ER visit was fine but other care was not. The room that the patient was moved to after registration was was cold from early Sunday morning until Monday evening. We asked for someone to come to fix the temperature. A physical plant repairman came Monday evening. Room thermostat had been turned up as much as possible. Physical plant repairman's handheld thermometer registered 66 degrees. He cleaned the filter and temperature rose to mid 70s. Patient was wet when taken to surgery. Surgery nurse was very upset, dried off patient, and put dry garments on the patient. Patient's family member spoke with a Research Customer Service Representative about wet clothing.
