Ms. Rochelle is an amazing instructor! I’ve had the pleasure of being one of her students for the winter class of 2025 and it was one of the best decisions Ive made thus far. The knowledge she gives about the phlebotomy industry is impeccable. I started off knowing nothing about the field and it was a complete transition for me coming from the transportation industry but, Ms. Sinclair made me feel extremely comfortable and by the second week I was more confident than ever. Passed my state exam as well as my National exam on the first try. If you’re looking for a great phlebotomy course, R.E.S. Institute is hands down the best!! Thank you for all you have done for me R.E.S. And I can’t wait to see what’s in store for my future.

I love this school! It’s very clean, smell good everyday and organized. The instructor is very knowledgeable, funny and always has good vibes. She is very understanding, helpful and encouraging. By week 3 I felt like a real phlebotomist because she there to answer any questions and to make sure you understand everything to move forward.

The instructor was professional, knowledgeable, patient and always willing to help. The program was very hands-on which gave me the confidence I needed to perform blood draws. I appreciated the small class size and the cleanliness of the class. If you are looking for top notch learning, I would HIGHLY recommend this school.
