The clinic was very busy at the end of the day and I felt terrible. Triana stayed a little late to make sure that I got the medicines I needed to make sure I got home as quick as possible. Thank you so much for your service! It’s great when you get to be the recipient of great service, which is increasingly uncommon in today’s world.

I’d become quite sick on a trip to the states and had some not great experiences with other pharmacists in the area. However, I came across ReNue Pharmacy and it was one of the most pleasant pharmacy experiences I’ve had. The pharmacist who helped us, Triana, was really lovely and attentive. She had my prescriptions dispensed on the spot with a really short wait time. She answered all my questions without any complaint and was so helpful given my circumstances being a tourist. Highly recommend

Initially, I loved this pharmacy, however, I routinely come in at 8am to pick up my refills. They have a short window for operating hours so it is the only time I can pick them up. For the past 2 weeks, I have tried 3 separate times to pick up a medication that I cannot be without. They are not open even though the hours are from 8am to 4:30pm. I have received several text messages that they are going to restock my meds because I haven’t picked them up. Needless to say it is difficult to continue doing business when the company does not value or respect the time of those who support the business. I will be transferring to another pharmacy. It is now 8:20am and they are not here.

Dr. Jones provided exceptional service. As someone new to the area, I was searching for a new pharmacist, and she made the transition seamless. Even though I initially gave her the wrong location, she took the initiative to retrieve my insurance information herself, saving me a trip to the store. She also made sure my prescription was shipped out the very next day. I truly appreciate her professionalism and efficiency.
