Renown Urology Care

Incompetent check-in staff. I made copay payment with a credit card. Staff ran the charge as check, not credit card payment. Called later that day to inform me of the error. I offered to pay over the phone and was told to expect a bill. Three weeks later, I received a statement from a collection agency. Thankfully, I won't need to see another Renown provider in the future.

Everything was okay, attended me on schedule and politely: receptions, nurse and medic. It was a good experience.
