Renown Urgent Care – South McCarran

I came in and was greeted by a very kind woman at the desk, Erica T I believe was her name. She went out of her way to try to get me what I needed for reimbursement when my insurance couldn’t be found. The nurse who took my history was friendly, the doctor, Mac was knowledgeable and the last tech who conducted a test was great too. I was in and out in under an hour in what I would consider a very bougie and upscale urgent care. Hopefully it will be a long time until I need to come back, but 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs medical care. Great wonderful people working at this location.

Just visited Dr. Robert Bogart at this urgent care, and it was a bad experience. It felt a lot like he wasn’t listening to me.

If I could give this place a zero I would I have been waiting for over a hour and a half and still haven't been seen this place is not busy at all I am so upset that I am in tears because I am so sick I am about to leave and go to the emergency room because this is ridiculous
