Renown Urgent Care – Ryland

I had a great experience at this urgent care location. I’ve been to many urgent cares over the years, and while I had an early morning appointment and the office wasn’t very busy, I was in and out in less than an hour. MA Eddie was excellent, and Dr. Hill listened carefully to my concerns, showing great understanding and flexibility. I would definitely recommend this location, but scheduling an appointment is important. While the providers were outstanding, the office itself is very dated and in serious need of updates. In the patient room, there was a large hole in the tile and a standing AC unit, which looked out of place and could be unsafe for young children. Dr. Mack was highly professional and welcoming throughout our visit. He demonstrated excellent expertise and professionalism in his work. Carlos is very grateful for the assistance provided today, and we truly appreciated how welcomed and well cared for we felt. In addition, the front office staff were very helpful, courteous, and welcoming, which made the entire experience even more positive.

Brittany at the front desk is awesome. She greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in. When I sat at her desk she got me checked in quickly. She also gave me really good advice about my insurance and how to proceed moving forward . I appreciate that she was so knowledgeable and caring. She really went above and beyond. The doctors here are also amazing they listen well and provide the best treatment.

Significant other went up there for an urgent concern and they refused to treat him citing a completely unrelated concern. Waste of time and money, will be refuting it with his insurance company. I’ve also had a terrible experience there where they were loudly discussing patient information in the hallway to each other loud enough for everyone in their respective rooms to hear. Extremely unprofessional with no bedside manner.

I came into Renown at night when it was very busy, super shaken up and in a lot of pain. Brittany was so kind and compassionate and helped me through the whole process. She went above and beyond to get me the care I needed.
