Renown Children’s Primary Care

Today I had my son's two-month vaccinations, and it was a horrible experience. The assistant, Patricia, has absolutely no sensitivity or care. From the beginning of the appointment, she had a terrible, extremely dismissive, and rude attitude (she was wearing a mask, but you could still see her bad attitude and anger). From the start, she measured the baby incorrectly. Dr. Kristin Wilson had to do it again, and indeed, she did it wrong. The doctor treated us very well until it was time for the vaccinations, and the assistant returned. This is supposed to be a baby clinic, not an animal clinic, and they vaccinated my kitten better than my son. I find this appalling. They should improve the staff and provide better training. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC. They also performed a circumcision o

So my son had issues trusting doctors, and my son actually liked his doctor he has as his primary. He saw Dr. Desia ( I know I butchered the spelling) he was very thorough and kind. He was able to listen to my son and respected that my kid wants to advocate for himself.

Receptionist was very unprofessional, and just rude. She laughed at me, because we arrived early. Like that was the absolute most absurd thing. She was gossiping with the other receptionist instead of helping patients and using lots of profanity, just overall wasn’t a good experience. I definitely will still stick the Renown pediatrics on McCabe.

The only ER I trust to help my children, they are so kind and actually listen to your concerns. Thank you
