My sister is in the rehab and the staff and social workers are not supportive and very disrespectful. My sister will be released in a couple of days and asked for a bed and a shower chair to assist her when she goes home and the told her to go on Amazon to make the purchase. This is unacceptable in any rehab hospital. We be contacting a law firm after she leaves this place. Please check on your love one and don’t send the to sibley rehab for no reason.
I ordered dinner today at 430pm by 630pm nothing arrived. I followed up and was told the kitchen was closed too bad. So no food. Not the best look if nutrition is supposed to be part of rehab
Both my parents went for several weeks of fall prevention therapy. The posture, stability, and strength was significantly noticeable after a few lessons. They both were given a list of exercises to do at home. Mr. Chistopher Marrow PT and Megan PT are caring and encouraging, as are the other PTs. I totally recommend this Outpatient clinic.
The worst. My dad was on a private call and I politely asked the CNA if she could hold off until he was finished his call- and she completely flipped her sanity. She then proceeded to talk to co-workers about how she wasn't going to told what to do in a loud voice so clearly I would hear. Her co-workers didn't have the sense (or perhaps they were scared of her?) to tell her how rude, how out of line, how unprofessional she was. She then continued on her rant of me with the CNA she was training and they both decided it was a good idea to confront me by standing infront of me in a stare down. I haven't seen behavior like this in any "professional" setting. I called the director of nursing "Denise" to to tell her that I was concerned for my father- and I have yet to receive a return call. I
This is a great hospital now that JHU bought it. Everyone is polite and friendly. Clean and beautiful. My only quibble is that there are no phones listed to make Rehabilitation appointments and the telephone service is not that great.
