RelyCare Pharmacy

We have be going to Rely Care for quite some time now. Spencer (I believe a tech there) is Absolutely Amazing! He goes above and beyond to work with prescription insurance companies, he makes sure that meds are in stock, before the next months order is due etc. This pharmacy does monthly pill pack services, and even offers delivery! By far… an outstanding pharmacy with the one of the best employees ever! Thank you to all at Rely Care Pharmacy! And, way to go Spencer! You are all very much appreciated! Sue

I had a pretty bad experience with these guys, I worked with someone that was helpful & professional, which is why I give it more than 1 star. I spent a bunch of time getting it setup for my elderly mother, but about one week before we needed the medications, the pharmacist or owner appeared to refuse to fulfill their part. He claimed something about not being able to get them authorized, but when I talked to the insurance company they seemed to say they had been authorized. The owner or pharmacist appeared to be lying & even though they agreed to be preferred providers under the plan, he was all of a sudden refusing to fulfill that commitment. After a 3 party phone call he finally admitted it was the cost he had agreed to that was his issue. I'm still a bit uncertain & confused by it & do

I have used RelyCare (perviously The Pharmacy) for YEARS! They are the most helpful, friendly, courteous and kind people of any business you will find anywhere. They always go out of there way to answer any questions and help getting refills if your Dr office is "not on the ball". They not only ask how I am doing but how my family is doing. This is the type of place that more of us need to use. A hometown business that considers you an important part of their business. Keep up the good work all!

Great service. The pharmacist was able to answer my questions and gave me research data on specific questions regarding my medical history. Always polite. I was able to walk in for a flu shot rather than have to make an appointment, which was great.
