This massage was the real deal. He really listens to his clients needs. He was attentive and always asked what area I wanted him to focus on or which area am I experiencing pain. I love that he takes a more holistic approach to help you get better. The focus is not just a massage but also tips and strategies to help get you better. At the end, I was given recommendations of what I can do at home to promote healing and help my muscle relax. Also, I did cupping therapy for my whole back as you can see in the picture. It really made a noticeable difference in my whole back. I was able to go on my vacation and enjoy it pain free. I was sore the first night after the cupping, but afterward I was loosened up and relaxed. Thank you for helping with my health!
