Reliant Medical Group Optometry Department

I've been a client of Reliant for many years and have had only excellent experiences. Dr. Karin Underkoffler is patient, explains procedures and processes quite thoroughly. Very happy with her work.

STAY AWAY and avoid this Optometry place at all Costs. The staff and Doctor is running around. As a Patient you would never notice that you are reading the last couples of lines entirely INCORRECT even with Glasses. Still they would not change the prescription as the doctor is in Hurry. Doctor has No time, and wants Patients to get out. The Eye Glasses shop is Worse. Extremely rude ! Everyone behaves like a descendant of a Great. Please get your eyes checked and go to a decent place

The worst experience of my life! Do not go here Karin Underkoffler, DO Optometrist was so unprofessional, dismissive, rude and uncaring. I felt rushed she told me I have something serious and didn’t explain what it was and told me to go see my old eye care provider.

Great Drs. Schedule reps are a different story. Had to book an appt for daughter and was treated like I was bothering them.

Excellent staff. Always quick, easy, and thorough.
