Lately when I call, I am on hold forever for someone to take my call to get a refill ordered. Was on hold for 30 minutes and finally had to leave a message. The patient portal has glitches and not always reliable. Update: I did speak with Nicole, the director. I voiced my concerns about long hold times on the phone and portal issues. She was receptive and seemed like she wanted to make things better.
Garbage, managed to eliminate the co-pay assistance paying 85% of my prescription.. garbage
Zero star!! Garbage pharmacy!Call them for refill,always on hold no one respond.Patient portal useless!
Customer service is awful, patient portal is useless and I haven’t had one delivery come on time
The new patient portal is horrible. It does NOT send you refill reminders even though the website says it will. I also cannot request a refund through the new portal, instead I must call and wait on hold. Useless.
