Reliance Dental Care

I highly recommend everyone to come to this dentist office. Dr. Chen and his staff especially the front desk receptionist Kathleen if I’m not mistaken that’s her name were AMAZING. customer service here is 100 out of 10. They make you feel so welcomed! Right when I came in for my husband’s appointment, the receptionist immediately greets both of us with such happy energy. Not only is their staff awesome their work is top-tier quality. I’m not sure who is the upper head of the whole staff, but Kathleen definitely deserves a raise for her absolute cheerful happy attitude she brings to the office.

First time coming to this dentist and it will be my last. I only wanted a cleaning. They took a full mouth x-rays which is normal for a new patient. When the dentist looked at my x-ray, first thing he said was "Do you know your teeth are crooked?" I said, "Yes, I do and I'm fine with it". He then proceeded to examine my teeth and started digging at my fillings which were fine. It was as if he was trying to remove them. I asked the dentist for a cleaning and he said he would not do a cleaning unless I did a deep cleaning and sent me off to talk to the receptionist. He didn't listen to anything of my concerns or allow me to ask any questions. I felt like I had no choice. The receptionist said the deep cleaning was mandatory and I would not get a regular cleaning until that was done. They don

I absolutely LOVE this office. Kathleen, the receptionist at the front office ALWAYS has such a positive and energetic attitude. She is always so happy and smiling, not only that but she is also extremely helpful and kind. The rest of the staff and doctor are also so nice and super soft to the touch, I love the way my teeth feels after the deep cleaning they did! Definitely recommend this office 10/10 EXCELLENT AND PHENOMENAL customer service. Will be coming back for my regular cleanings and other procedures in the future.

I'm am so glad I have chose Reliance dental to go to. All the staff members are so awesome. Starting with Kathleen, Maria, Rachael and Dr. Chen and I would recommend everyone too go Reliance dental care because they all will take good care of your personal needs!!
