Bad service. Left the room several times and did not even finish the full body massage. No shower or towel to clean up the oil either.

I didn't catch her name but the tiny lady who sits up front was my masseuse this time and she is amazing! I use a can and have permanent knots in my shoulder from it and just wow. Feels like I left 3 years of my military service behind when I left the parlor.

Should be no stars but you cant write a review if you do not select. First cash only, then willing to take my card but wanted a 20 tip up front. I said no, she told me she couldnt service me here. Requesting a tip prior to service is crazy. ****DO NOT REFERR PPL HERE** 4/29/2024

Great service, yes they did answer the phone but it’s due short staffing. The masseuse was apologetic had a great spirit. Most of you complainers should visit one of those huge chain companies. I’m from Atlanta and visit VA Beach for work….fly into Norfolk and visiting this place is a must for the price. Will re-visit and recommend. #ThumbsUp

Hands down worst experience ever. Went hoping for a relaxing deep tissue massage ended up with knees in my back and bruises. I have had many massages by professional business and this is not one. Not only pay up front but demand a tip afterwards. Came out in more pain than when i went in. They never check to see if I had spinal issues before literally walking on my back, this could cause serious issues for future customers. I would not recommend anyone going to this place. Was more of i needed pain relief right away and gave it a shot, worst thing i ever did. SAVE YOUR MONEY
